Russell Palarea, PhD
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Palarea is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Operational Psychology Services (OPS). He is an internationally recognized expert on threat assessment, insider threat, protective intelligence, and counterterrorism, providing consultation in these areas to Fortune 500 corporations, global security firms, law enforcement, government agencies, and universities.
Donna Pacelli
Chief Operations Officer
Ms. Pacelli is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Operational Psychology Services (OPS). She is responsible for the management of all company business and overseeing the OPS team across four continents. Ms. Pacelli also manages case intake and threat assessment triage, and conducts open source investigations and analytic support for threat assessment consults.
Karen Eberwein, PsyD
NORTH AMERICA
Dr. Eberwein currently supports Counter Insider Threat and Security programs at a U.S. government agency, providing consultation and risk assessments on individuals deemed likely to engage in harmful organizational activities, including workplace violence, network sabotage, espionage, and unauthorized disclosures.
Bram Van der Meer
EUROPE
Mr. Van der Meer specializes in the assessment and management of problematic behavior, advising clients in both the private and public sector. He began his career as a clinical psychologist in a psychiatric hospital and was appointed as an expert witness for the Netherlands Supreme Court in 2002.
Gérard Labuschagne, PhD
AFRICA
Dr. Labuschagne specializes in threat assessment and management, including workplace violence issues. His expertise includes cases of stalking, domestic violence, product tampering extortion, and threats against companies, CEOs, and political leadership.
Bronwynn Stollarz
AFRICA
Ms. Stollarz is an Investigative Psychologist specializing in threat assessment and management. Her expertise includes cases of workplace violence, family murder, intimate partner murder, serial rape, paraphilic behavior, hostage and suicide negotiation, kidnapping, and product tampering extortion.
Felicity Riddle
ASIA PACIFIC
Ms. Riddle is a psychologist currently on staff with an Australian law enforcement agency. She provides psychological consultation on threat assessment in communicated threat, stalking, workplace violence, and family violence cases, as well as cases involving mental disordered offenders. Ms. Riddle also provides training to law enforcement and mental health services on the identification, assessment, and management of stalking and fixated behavior.
Tonya Quillen, LMHC, TEP
INTERACTIVE OPERATIONAL INTERVIEWING℠ TRAINER
Ms. Quillen is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), certified Trainer, Educator and Practitioner (TEP) of Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy, and an actor. With 30 years of experience as a Psychotherapist and Psychodramatist, Ms. Quillen develops characters for and performs in OPS’ Interactive Operational Interviewing℠ training modules.
